SAS ICÔNE sells and offers jewelry (hereinafter Product(s)) on its Site under the Bleu Icône brand

The Products offered on the Site are those described at the time of consultation. SAS ICÔNE strives to provide the maximum amount of information on its Products with a detailed technical description. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the details indicated on the product sheets of the Products may vary significantly given the nature of the Products.

The images and colors of the products offered for sale on the Site may not correspond to the actual colors due to the effect of the internet browser and the screen used.

SAS ICÔNE does not cover damage to the Products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence following purchase, normal wear and tear.

3. Product prices

The prices of our jewelry are indicated in Euros including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.

SAS ICÔNE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of SAS ICÔNE until full payment of the price.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.

SAS ICÔNE reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the order received.

SAS ICÔNE reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time for legitimate and legal reasons. SAS ICÔNE may refuse, terminate or cancel an order in the event of an ongoing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or if SAS ICÔNE suspects a violation of the T&Cs or any attempt at fraud.

5. Delivery

The price of the products and delivery costs may be updated by SAS ICÔNE at any time. The Customer must therefore check the final sale price of a product before transmitting and validating the order. The price displayed on the Site at the time you receive confirmation of your order will be the one applicable to the sale and will be respected by SAS ICÔNE

The amount of the delivery costs is not indicated on the sheet of each product but is added to the price of the product as soon as a delivery option has been chosen. The delivery costs and the amount of the applicable VAT are indicated before you validate the order. The final VAT rate that will be retained is the one applicable at the time of dispatch of your order.

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.

In the event of deliveries by a carrier, SAS ICÔNE cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposed appointments.

6. Payment

The Site www.bleuicone.com offers payments via Bank Card or PayPal.

The Customer expressly acknowledges that any order placed on the Site is an order with payment obligation, which requires the payment of a price against the supply of the Product ordered.

In any event, SAS ICÔNE reserves the right to check the validity of the payment, before shipping the order, by all necessary means.

Payment is made through the secure Stripe system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted. SAS ICÔNE disclaims any liability in the event of a dispute between the Customer and Stripe. When the order is finalized, SAS ICÔNE confirms the payment to the Customer by sending them a summary email.

By validating your order, you are obligated to pay the price indicated.

7. Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal.

Each returned product will be subjected by SAS ICÔNE to a quality control in order to ensure the conformity of the returned product. If the returned Product complies with the quality control, SAS ICÔNE will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. SAS ICÔNE will only refund the sale price of the Product. Delivery costs are not reimbursed by the Site. This within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product by the Seller.

However, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made to measure according to the Customer's specifications such as personal engravings or other customizations of the Product.

The return must be made only by Colissimo against signature. SAS ICÔNE is not responsible for any problem that may occur during this return of the Product.

Return costs are your responsibility.

8. Warranty

 All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). The jewelry offered complies with current French legislation. SAS ICÔNE cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

Furthermore, SAS ICÔNE cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
