DELIVERY
Bleu Icône delivers to your home against signature in France and Europe. For any delivery abroad, outside the European Union, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the customs fees and any taxes applicable to their purchase. These customs duties or possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer. To find out the applicable customs duties or taxes, it is the customer's responsibility to inquire with the competent authorities in their country. In the event of a dispute with a customer, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
As soon as your order is ready you will receive the delivery tracking by email.
The delivery time is 7 working days for non-personalized jewelry in stock and 15 days for personalized jewelry and said jewelry not in stock. Please contact us for any emergency: contact@bleuicone.com

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) clear days from receipt of the
products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties (with the exception of you bearing the return costs).
To do this, you must inform Bleu Icône customer service by email or telephone of your decision before returning the products to us, and then follow the return process described on the site.
We will reimburse you no later than thirty (30) days following the date on which your right of withdrawal was exercised.
Satisfied or refunded
Beyond the aforementioned right of withdrawal and up to thirty (30) days after delivery, we give you the possibility of returning the products ordered to us which
would not give you complete satisfaction for refund, exchange or resizing.
To do this, you must inform Bleu Icône customer service by
email or by telephone, in particular to obtain the return procedures.
Personalized jewelry (engraving, custom-made, etc.):
Please note that Bleu Icône jewelry with an engraving cannot be returned for exchange or refund. All engraving is done upon request, so each engraving is unique.
Non-personalized jewelry:
To ensure your complete satisfaction, Bleu Icône jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days and this in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale. You therefore have 30 days to inform us of your wish to return via our email contact@bleuicone.com
Once the return request is accepted, you can return your product via Colissimo against signature. Returns are at your expense. You can also come and return them free of charge to the showroom.
In order for the refund or exchange to be accepted, the Bleu Icône jewel must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging , pouch and box, with
all original protections and accessories.
Each returned product will be subjected by Bleu Icône to a quality control in order to ensure the conformity of the returned product. If the returned product complies with the quality control, Bleu Icône will then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
